Energy Consultant – Account Manager

Premiere Energy Auctions is a privately owned and operated Energy Consulting firm located in Northern New Jersey. We are currently expanding to Chicago and Philadelphia and are looking for sales agents that can grow our business in these new territories.

Job Objective

We are seeking a full-time associate to help grow our book of business. Applicants should be motivated, creative, and passionate when it comes to the energy market. Our search for candidates focuses on those driven by a desire to be a dynamic voice of the company through energetic marketing and a positive outreach.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities
  1. Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking
  2. Develop and maintain the relationships with current customers and potential clients as well
  3. Make detailed action plans and schedules to realize company and personal goals
  4. Take part in events to increase exposure such as seminars, trade shows, and networking events
  5. Follow up on new leads and referrals stemming from field activity
  6. Carry on business conversations with business owners and decision makers
  7. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
  8. Sell consultatively and make recommendations based on the various solutions available
  9. Work collectively to develop and implement marketing plans
  10. Participate and contribute to the development of educational programs offered to company employees
